Is your site legit?

We are an official online distributor for Global Anabolic Company Ltd (www.globalanabolic.org), EU Bioz (www.eubioz.com) and Asia Dispensary.
Global Anabolic is a highly reputable laboratory with a worldwide distribution network that has been in business since 2005. Global Anabolic produces a vast variety of anabolic steroids, hgh, peptides and axillaries.
EU Bioz started in 2011 with the mission of turning into one of the most effective steroid laboratories, that specialize in newest sporting performance outcomes.

Why am I not getting your emails?

Sometimes our emails can be in your SPAM/JUNK folder. If they do, please mark up our email address on your "safe list".

Why am I not getting replies to my hushmail?

Our emails are bounce off the Hushmail server because the Hushmail company blocks sites like ours. HUSHMAIL don't give you an opportunity either to communicate with us or to place orders.

How do you accept payment?

You will have an option to select the payment method after clicking CHECKOUT. There will be 3 payment methods – WESTERN UNION, MONEYGRAM and Bitcoin.

What type of shipping do you use?

We use trackable EMS. Average shipping time is 3-5 business days to any destination worldwide.
Signature is required upon receipt.

What is the shipping cost?

Shipping fee is $50 flat rate. You have free shipping on orders over $500.

Do you ship to PO boxes?

Yes, we can send directly to your post box.

Do you provide a tracking number?

Sure! Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number.

What is your seizure policy?

Our seizure rate is below 1%. In an unlikely event of your order getting seized we will re-send it. You will only be required to pay $50 for shipping. If your order gets seized 2nd time in a row, we will re-send your order for 70% of order total and use Registered Mail. We will not re-send your order at a discount for the 3rd time.

**NOTE: There's no reship policy for Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Brazil, Sweden, Finland, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, APO, FPO, Italy and some other higher risk countries. Please accept our apologies.

What is your Turnaround time?

It takes up to 2 business days to pick up a Western Union transfer. Your order will ship the next business day after collecting payment. Please do not email us asking for a tracking# if it hasn't been at least 3 business days after payment was made.

Is there a minimum order?

Yes, the minimum order value is $100 before shipping.

Can I ask you for a cycle advice?

We do not provide cycle, training or diet advice. Such emails will be ignored.

I have an issue to take up with you. What should I do?

Please follow a proper etiquette and emails us first! Posting a negative review and then expecting us to solve your problem will get you nowhere.
